We conduct planned maintenance, measurements, and checks to ensure that the machinery and equipment in your factory/facility operate according to their specified lifespans and without disrupting your processes. To achieve this, we begin by establishing a Maintenance Management System belonging to our partner company with our experienced technical team. We create a standard coding system for all machines and key parts and upload their technical information to the system. This makes all machines traceable. Initially, maintenance periods determined according to standards are uploaded to the system, and the maintenance team performs the necessary checks and replacements accordingly. All checks and replacements are entered into the system daily. Based on the reports received from the system, maintenance periods are adjusted, and for machines and equipment that fail before their specified lifespans, the necessary technical work is carried out to identify the source of the problem and provide a solution.
